We’re happy to announce that the bike-sharing season is now open. Mankeli bikes are ready for you to ride – enjoy a smooth, sustainable way to move around the city!
Dear Users, We've noticed some challenges with renting e-bikes using the terminals. Here's a friendly reminder: The payment terminal on the bike cannot distinguish between your preferred rental method. If you hold your phone with a virtual VISA/Mastercard too close to the reader, it might accidentally rent the bike using your card instead of the QR code. To avoid this: Scan the QR code from a safe distance. The QR code reader is located near the payment terminal. Choose a different QR code if one is available on the bicycle. Rent the bike through the app: You can either click on the bike icon or enter the bike number (accessible through the QR code scanner by pressing the hashtag button). Thank you for your understanding!
If you see someone vandalising the bikes, please report it to Mankeli customer service (lahticitybike@freebike.com tai +358 413 140 858) or to the police. Always check the bike before starting your journey and report any malfunctions on Mankeli-application, when you have the bike selected on the app. Best regards Citybike team
