Harbor area restriction

From Friday 1.9. at 12 o'clock until Sunday 3.9. until 21:00 it is not possible to ride through the harbor area by bike. The area is closed when entering the harbor from the direction of Pikku-Vesku or when going from the harbor in the direction of Pikku-Vesku.

Station of Möysän uimaranta has been moved

Stations of Möysän uimaranta has been moved due construction traffic caused by nearby construction site. Station is now located nearby bus stop along Ahtialantie where station pole has been moved as well. Apologies for the inconveniences.

Vandalism on Mankeli-bikes

If you see someone vandalising the bikes, please report it to Mankeli customer service (lahticitybike@freebike.com tai +358 413 140 858) or to the police. Always check the bike before starting your journey and report any malfunctions on Mankeli-application, when you have the bike selected on the app. Best regards Citybike team

Hyvä asiakas, HUOM! Tietyissä Android puhelimissa on havaittu ongelmia, lainaus ei näy sovelluksessa tai tulee ilmoitus palvelu ei ole käytössä. Ongelmia ilmennyt mm. kiinalaisissa puhelimissa Xiaomi ja OnePlus (Honor) sekä joissakin Samsung malleissa.

Tässä ohje ongelman korjaamiseen:

1. Siirry laitteesi asetuksiin

2. Siirry kohtaan Sovellukset

3. Valitse "Freebike-sovellus"

4. Siirry kohtaan Tallennus ja POISTA SOVELLUKSEN TIEDOT JA VÄLIMUISTI

5. Asenna sovellus uudelleen

6. Voit kirjautua sisään ja käyttää sovellusta normaalisti.

Dear customer, NOTE! Users of ANDROID devices who encountered issues with renting a bike, specifically while renting an ebike the app showed "service unavailable '' (after the user rented the ebike and the rental seemingly disappeared while actually being active). It's only users who have phones from China, Xiaomi, OnePlus, Honor and certain Samsung models.

Please follow these steps to FIX the issue:

1. Go to settings of your device

2. Go to Apps

3. Choose "Freebike application"

4. Go to Storage and DELETE DATA AND CACHE OF THE APP

5. THEN reinstall the application

6. This will solve the problem - you can log in and use the application normally.
